Before installing and assembling the hot tub, you must ensure that you have received the hot tub in perfect packing conditions. If the packaging is damaged, notify your dealer immediately and note any damage to the equipment on the delivery note.
It is very important to level the floor where the hot tub will be installed. Remember that once installed, it will be filled with water and the level will depend on whether the floor has been levelled.
Aquavia Spas are designed for both indoor and outdoor installation. You should take care of the spa if it is installed outdoors; remember that prolonged exposure to the sun can damage the surface of your spa as well as its accessories. Refer to the product manual for more information.
To ensure the durability of your spa furniture, it is crucial to follow these recommendations regarding ventilation:
Importance of ventilation in spa furniture. Proper ventilation is essential to avoid possible warping of the spa panels.
Be sure to provide adequate ventilation for your spa furniture to avoid warping.
IMPORTANT The spa warranty does not cover damage or deformation to the cabinet panels if there is a lack of ventilation due to the type of installation. This includes:
All hot tubs for residential use have a drainage system located on the bottom of the tub. Via a valve, the hot tub can be emptied at any time you wish. It is advisable to provide some drainage in the vicinity of the hot tub to avoid accumulation of water around it and avoid slippery areas of access for bathers.
In the following link you will find an explanatory video.
All of the Spa’s flat panels are registrable. There are two fastening systems: one with screws that hold the panel in place and another without screws that is fastened with a dual lock system (Velcro). Remove the panel and you will have easy access to the inside of the hot tub for any type of maintenance or installation.
It is highly recommended to have the product started up by one of our official technical services. Not only will they verify that the hot tub is working correctly, they will also be available to explain the functions and maintenance of your equipment.
The hot tub does not have a specific method of filling. You are recommended to fill it manually,
using a garden hose or similar.

Our hot tubs feature valves on the rim that mix atmospheric air with the water from the massage pumps, where air is drawn in by the Venturi effect and mixed with the water to produce a more pleasant massage.
The power consumption of your Aquavia Spa will depend on the configuration you choose. Our spas are factory-designed to ensure that the maximum consumption does not exceed 3.5 kW. However, for the Premium range and swimspas, consumption can reach up to 6 kW for certain models. For specific details on consumption, please refer to the technical data sheets for each spa.
“Extended periods in direct contact with hot water can produce HYPERTHERMIA,
which occurs when the internal temperature of the body rises above the
normal temperature of 36.5ºC. It is not advisable to prolong bathing beyond 15 minutes. This is why our equipment stops automatically 15 minutes after the massage has started.”

You can choose between one or two filtration cycles, depending on your specific needs. For normal use, it is recommended to program a filtration of 2 to 3 hours per cycle. For more details, please refer to your spa’s user manual.

The hot tub cover performs three main functions:
1. Saves maintenance of the hot tub, preserving the temperature of the water
2. Protects the water from falling leaves and other impurities
3. Extends the life of the hot tub by protecting it from the sun’s rays when it is not being used.
Aquavia Spa spas are equipped with two automatic disinfection systems: Clean Water (ozone system) and Ultraviolet Treatment (UV system). These systems work in conjunction with the Water Disinfection Kit to complement and improve water quality. They do not replace chemicals, but optimise the sanitising process, ensuring a cleaner and more pleasant experience in your spa.
In the case of the swimspas, they all include an automatic sanitising system that combines ozone and UV, known as WaveOzone Combo.
Some water jets can also regulate the intensity of the flow when opening or closing the water inlet. Turn the jet control clockwise to open the jet.
No. Remember that your spa is equipped with a water delivery system. Mixing soap or salts into the water will not only deteriorate its quality, but will also cause excessive foam build-up.
Some models include a special valve to add aromatherapy pearls, allowing you to enjoy an aromatic experience during your bath.
The spa has a pre-set filtration system that requires the water to be filtered twice a day. This is essential to maintain water quality and prevent stagnation.
The message “Set the time” on your spa appears because every time the system is restarted, you need to set the time on the spa. However, the filtering cycles are retained in memory and do not need to be reprogrammed.
Error 38 may appear in low usage mode (rest mode). This occurs because the system requires a massage pump to be activated to recirculate the water.
To resolve any problems, contact the dealer who sold you the spa or the nearest dealer. They will coordinate with our after-sales service for a quick resolution. Be sure to provide the serial number (SN) of the equipment whenever you request technical assistance. You can find the SN of your spa in the following video:
If the jets in your spa are turning on and off intermittently, the first step is to check the water level, as it might be insufficient. Make sure the water reaches the optimal level; you will find an indicator label next to the filter of your spa.
If you notice that the jet flow seems weak, it’s advisable to check that both the valves and the jets are fully open. Aquavia spas have valves located at the top of the tab, which can be opened or closed manually.
If the pumps or jets in your spa aren’t working after refilling it, it’s likely that there is an air bubble in the pumps. To prevent this issue, we highly recommend filling the spa by placing the hose directly into the filter compartment.

The filter should be cleaned periodically. Simply clean it with a pressure hose. Make sure all impurities disappear, then reinstall the filter. It is recommended to change the filter every 4 months.
If the temperature sensors detect a fall to below 6.7°C, the resistor and the filtration pump will automatically switch on to prevent freezing of the water and the damage this could cause to your hot tub. The unit and pump will remain on for 4 minutes after the temperature rises above 7.2ºC.
In colder climates an additional temperature sensor can be added as a precaution, to prevent freezing not detected by the standard sensors.
Contact your installer for replacement aromatherapy bags.
• Use common general purpose cleaners. For normal care and cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with a little soap and water. Rinse well and dry with a clean dry cloth. If you are using a household cleaner, make sure it is recommended for acrylic surfaces
by the manufacturer.
• Never use abrasive cleaners.
• Do not allow the acrylic surface to come into contact with ketones or esters such as acetone,
acetates (such as nail varnish remover, nail varnish or dry cleaning substances)
or any organic solvent with chlorine, varnishes, gasoline, aromatic solvents, etc.
• Remove dust, stains and dry dirt with a soft damp cloth.
• Clean grease, oil, paint and ink stains with isopropyl alcohol and dry with a
clean, dry cloth.
• Avoid using razors or any other type of sharp instrument that could scratch the surface. Small scratches can be removed by applying a thin layer of car
varnish and polishing lightly with a clean cloth.
Once a week, clean the hot tub area that is not under water with a quality polish
for hot tubs.
If you will not be using the spa for an extended period of time, especially in winter, follow these steps:
More information on this situation can be found in the manual.
The deterioration of the headrests can be exacerbated by excessive use of chemicals and insufficient ventilation after shock treatments. To prevent the cushions in your spa from deteriorating, it is recommended to remove them during and after performing shock treatments on the spa water.
Additionally, it is beneficial to open the spa cover for a few minutes a couple of times a week, even when the spa is not in use or is used minimally, to allow accumulated gases under the cover to dissipate.
We also recommend cleaning the headrests regularly with water, mild soap, and a clean cloth.
During regular use of the spa, residues from oils, lotions, and hair products can accumulate on the water’s surface, potentially causing a yellow waterline to appear inside the spa. These residues can be easily removed with a spa surface cleaner or a similar product. It is important to avoid abrasive cleaning products that may leave soap residues in the water.
